A greater proportion of these minor adverse events were determined to be “related” to the vaccination, as compared to the instances of serious adverse events, which usually were deemed “not related” to the vaccine.

First, how, with no solid clinical data, the agency authorized Covid vaccines for infants and toddlers, including those who already had Covid. And second, the fact that just months before, the FDA bypassed their external experts to authorize booster shots for young children....
First, they demanded that young children be masked in schools. On this score, the agencies were wrong. Compelling studies later found schools that masked children had no different rates of transmission. And for social and linguistic development, children need to see the faces of others.
Next came school closures. The agencies were wrong—and catastrophically so. Poor and minority children suffered learning loss with an 11-point drop in math scores alone and a 20% drop in math pass rates. There are dozens of statistics of this kind.

May 20, 2022. CDC withholds data from ACIP on 5-11 booster dose vote: Wiseman comments/CDC/TSN. CDC Greenlights Pfizer-BioNTech mRNA Booster Dose for Children Aged 5 to 11 Years on Limited and Withheld Important Evidence
Immunogenicity was established using an assay (stated to be validated) involving the original Wuhan strain in only 67 children. This particular assay is now irrelevant because of the reduced activity of antibodies stimulated by the vaccine against the Omicron variant. The assessment of antibody response against Omicron was performed in only 30 children, in an assay whose validation status was undisclosed.
In previous VRBPAC meetings, the FDA admitted that it had neither validated key efficacy and immunobridging data for the Pfizer children's primary series nor key data for the Janssen booster dose. The decision for the FDA to issue this amendment without a public VRBPAC meeting is therefore concerning.
No clinical efficacy data were provided.
CDC showed its own data describing the waning of a primary series response in various pediatric (<18) populations to ineffective levels well before the 5-month period set for the booster interval by this EUA amendment. Other data from New York (children 5-11) describing negative VE against Omicron were not shown to ACIP.
CDC suggested that protection in older populations by boosters against severe outcomes would be replicated in children. However, data presented by the Israeli Ministry of Health at the April 6th VRBPAC meeting shows that even this effect wanes were not provided to the committee.
CDC stated that the rates of myocarditis following boosters in older children are lower than after the second dose. Their published rate of 11.4/million in 12 to 17-year-old males is lower than the rates of 17.2/million (12-15 years) and 23.2/million (16-17 years) presented at the ACIP meeting on April 20th, 2022. These, in turn, are far lower than the alarmingly high rates of about 90/million presented by the Israeli Ministry of Health at the April 6th VRBPAC meeting and not provided at all to ACIP.
Using a method published by CDC scientists, we have estimated VAERS underreporting for Covid-19 vaccines to be 4.9-15 times higher for deaths and 24-64 times higher for life-threatening events. From a recent CDC paper, underreporting of 6.5 times for hospitalization can be calculated from the fact that despite CDC encouragement, only 2 of 13 vsafe (another safety monitoring system) participants reported their children’s hospitalizations to VAERS. An underreporting factor of myocarditis of 2-10 times can be estimated by comparing VAERS data with Israeli data presented at the January 5th CDC-ACIP meeting. VAERS underreporting of between 6 and 14 times can be estimated from data published by a Kaiser-Permanente center that contributes data to CDC’s VSD (Vaccine Safety Datalink).
Pfizer committed to a study on subclinical myocarditis and troponin levels. This has not yet been produced.
A recent NIH-funded study in adults(Beatty, et al. 2021) found: “people with prior COVID-19 had greater odds of adverse effects and more severe adverse effects after COVID-19 vaccination."
CDC continues to ignore AEs other than myocarditis. A recent paper from NIH has acknowledged that neurological events may occur after Covid-19 vaccination (Safavi, et al. 2022).
I have updated and recalculated the risk-benefit analyses provided by FDA at the October 26, 2021 VRBPAC meeting concerning these children's vaccines to yield an approximately 50 times greater risk than benefit in 5 to 11-year-old children.

How the pandemic could have played out differently: To summarize, let’s look at how different the situation would be if we had adopted uniform standards:
There would have been an extremely low number of, virtually zero, deaths from COVID. On the other hand, if we presume the deaths registered in VAERS are in fact vaccine-induced fatalities — similar to how the CDC presumed deaths from COVID — we can affirm there have been more than 26,000 vaccine deaths.
Using absolute risk reduction as a measure of efficacy, vaccines would have been rejected as ineffective, providing only a 0.038% risk reduction for contracting severe COVID.
Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine would have been readily available for people who got COVID, and would have been a great alternative to boosters, which wouldn’t have been approved due to the lack of any randomized control study proving they work.
No children between the ages of 5 and 11 would have received this risky, experimental vaccine as it wouldn’t have been authorized for this age group — because Pfizer’s pediatric trials did not demonstrate any meaningful outcomes in children ages 5 to 11.
The Pfizer vaccine would no longer be in use because interim data demonstrated that all-cause mortality is higher in the vaccinated.

Scientists Seek to Make a 'Self-Spreading' Vaccine - Report A new report from National Geographic indicates that scientists are now working on "self-spreading vaccines" that can jump from vaccinated to unvaccinated populations. The article indicates that these "new vaccines or so-called recombinant viruses" are developed through a process whereby researchers "first identify a protein from the target microbe that serves as an antigen--a substance that triggers immune responses in vaccinated people or animals." Researchers then "select a virus to carry the vaccine and spread it." This is achieved by capturing "a few animals from their target population -- primates for Ebola, rats for Lassa fever," etc. -- and isolating a virus that naturally infects those animals. Then researchers splice in genetic material from the "target to create a vaccine.”

Is that the standard you want for injecting the entire country (or world) with an entirely novel bit of technology, which includes mRNA and two different lipids (3 separate molecules) never before injected into humans? The last criterion on the second slide (#5) says there must be no adequate, approved (i.e., licensed) available alternative in order to issue an EUA for an experimental product. That is exactly the language in the statute, and FDA echoes it in many of its presentations and documents. For those who have not yet heard me rant on this subject, this is precisely why FDA and the other federal agencies can NEVER, no matter how much evidence accrues, admit that hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin or any other licensed drug can treat and/or prevent COVIID--because if they admitted it, they will have admitted that they illegally issued EUAs to other drugs, vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, convalescent serum, etc. ...FDA is about to consider issuing an EUA for Moderna and Pfizer vaccines in the 6 month up to 5 year age group. But there were no serious cases of COVID in Moderna's clinical trial, and supposedly there were no severe cases in earlier Pfizer trials of older children. Therefore, the standard FDA laid out in 2020 can't be met. There is also no 50% efficacy. Moderna claimed its vaccine was 40% efficacious in the littlest kids (they claimed 94.5% for adults). CDC claimed Pfizer's vaccine was 31% effective in 5-11 year olds at about 7 weeks, and the NY Department of Health said Pfizer's vaccine had dropped to 12% efficacy in about 7 weeks.

Excluding cases, hospitalizations, and deaths in those who were "partially vaccinated" or tested positive less than 2 weeks after vaccination;
Citing data from prior time periods when a majority of persons were unvaccinated to claim "it's a pandemic of the unvaccinated";
using 28 Ct test cycles to test the vaccinated for infection and using from 30 to 40 Ct cycles to test the unvaccinated, resulting in high numbers of false positives for the unvaccinated;
requiring frequent testing of non-symptomatic unvaccinated and no testing for the vaccinated in many settings;
relying on only state IIS data to identify the vaccinated, thus under-counting the hospitalized vaccinated for its study data collection;
Positive cases which didn't match the vaxx registry names were considered unvaxxed. Typographical errors and omissions in the records could result in vaxxed cases, hospitalizations, and deaths to be counted as unvaxxed;
misinforming and misrepresenting the proportion of new viral variants being incubated in the vaccinated, by under-reporting the proportion of Alpha cases when the milder Delta first appeared, and, more recently, under-reporting the proportion of Delta cases when the mildest Omicron variant appeared. This led to exaggerations of the severity of first the Delta variant, and now the Omicron variant, which has not yet been reported to cause any confirmed death;
making claims unsupported by any link to a study or data;
causality was not determined and financial incentives from the CMS reward reporting COVID cases, hospitalizations, and deaths.

ICAN has been contacted by healthcare professionals from hospitals across the country who are reporting that breakthrough cases, along with adverse events, are simply not being reported by hospitals. ... after the CDC stopped reporting all breakthrough cases, and as hospital systems fail to report such cases, Dr. Fauci and Dr. Walensky have recently been claiming that the current hospitalizations and deaths are in the unvaccinated.
It appears that the Prep Act had been amended such that private hospitals and entities were covered in their actions taken with c19 patients and relieved of all liability as long as they were prescribing 'Covered Countermeasures'. ie. NIH approved medications. This may be why hospitals are refusing to use effective COVID treatments like vitamin D, ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, etc.

The Declaration previously stated that liability immunity is afforded to Covered Persons only for Recommended Activities related to (a) present or future federal contracts, cooperative agreements, grants, other transactions, interagency agreements, or memoranda of understanding or other federal agreements; or (b) activities authorized in accordance with the public health and medical response of the Authority Having Jurisdiction to prescribe, administer, deliver, distribute, or dispense the Covered Countermeasures following a declaration of an emergency.
COVID-19 is an unprecedented global challenge that requires a whole-of-nation response that utilizes federal-, state-, and local- distribution channels as well as private-distribution channels. Given the broad scale of this pandemic, the Secretary amends the Declaration to extend PREP Act coverage to additional private-distribution channels, as set forth below.
The amended Section VII adds that PREP Act liability protections also extend to Covered Persons for Recommended Activities that are related to any Covered Countermeasure that is:

VAERS and v-safe data were assessed by sex, age group, and race/ethnicity for U.S. adolescents aged 12–17 years who received Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine during December 14, 2020–July 16, 2021. VAERS reports for adolescents aged 12–15 years were excluded if vaccination occurred before EUA age expansion on May 10, 2021. FDA used empirical Bayesian data mining to monitor for disproportional reporting of adverse events by vaccine among VAERS reports for persons aged 12–17 years§§ (8). SAS software (version 9.4; SAS Institute) was used to conduct all analyses. These surveillance activities were reviewed by CDC and conducted consistent with applicable federal law and CDC policy.¶¶
Review of VAERS Data
VAERS received and processed 9,246 reports of adverse events for adolescents aged 12–17 years who received Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine during December 14, 2020–July 16, 2021 (Table 1); 5,376 (58.1%) were in adolescents aged 12–15 years and 3,870 (41.9%) in persons aged 16–17 years.*** No adverse events were reported disproportionately to VAERS in association with Pfizer-BioNTech vaccination. Common conditions among all reports included dizziness (1,862; 20.1%), syncope (1,228; 13.3%), and headache (1,027; 11.1%). Among the 1,228 reports of syncope, 901 met a standard case definition†††; 548 (60.8%) of these events occurred in females, and median age was 15 years. Among those who met the syncope case definition, 147 (16.3%) reported a history of anxiety around needles, and 145 (16.1%) were transported to an emergency department for further evaluation.
Overall, 8,383 (90.7%) VAERS reports were for nonserious events, and 863 (9.3%) for serious events, including death; 609 (70.6%) reports of serious events were among males, and median age was 15 years. The most commonly reported conditions and diagnostic findings among reports of serious events were chest pain (56.4%), increased troponin levels (41.7%), myocarditis (40.3%), increased c-reactive protein (30.6%), and negative SARS-CoV-2 test results (29.4%) (Table 2); these findings are consistent with a diagnosis of myocarditis. Myocarditis was listed among 4.3% (397) of all VAERS reports.
CDC reviewed 14 reports of death after vaccination. Among the decedents, four were aged 12–15 years and 10 were aged 16–17 years. All death reports were reviewed by CDC physicians; impressions regarding cause of death were pulmonary embolism (two), suicide (two), intracranial hemorrhage (two), heart failure (one), hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis and disseminated Mycobacterium chelonae infection (one), and unknown or pending further records (six).

This is because the revised algorithm does not allow users to classify an AEFI as “consistent with causal association with vaccine” unless there is evidence showing that the vaccine caused a statistically significant increase in deaths during Phase III clinical trials.By definition, however, any vaccine not found to “retain safety” in Phase III trials cannot proceed to Phase IV (licensure and post-marketing surveillance). The result of the algorithm’s convoluted requirements is that any deaths that occur post-licensure become “coincidental” or “unclassifiable.”
